Do you have the right to complain if the blow dry is free?

I've always been a great believer if you get something like that, which was a privilege item, also one done done by a professional then you should just be happy that you got it! OK it's not been done by your normal hairdresser but who cares, it was free!!! So STFU and just be happy you got it you idiot!

I got some free headphones delivered to me on Saturday because something I got from EE was faulty, the headphones are brill much better than the ones I use now, if they were faulty then I can send them back, but if they weren't amazing quality, who am I to complain about it, they didn't cost me anything, I'm just glad I got them at no cost to me at all. People like Gemma do my head in!

Badabing1966 I agree with you totally. Gemma did get the blow dry free and she should be glad of that. I think Gemma is getting too big for her boots, shouting the odds around the BB house like queen bee gathering up who ever she can on her side. I used to like her on her 'off Towie' stints (this Morning doing fashion etc) but where as Fern Mackan sailed through the jungle with a 'golden star' for her real GENTLE hidden personality. Gemma is showing the world her real 'me', which is arrogant, bossy, lazy and the biggest DIVA ever. For a Z lister she needs to redeem herself very quickly. How...., who knows?

Gemma is just thinks it's OK to be rude to anyone, be it the hairdresser or BB themselves, or us the public.

She's a pig ignorant lump who thinks she's entitled to be treated as though she's a celeb on par with Angelina Jolie.

She probably sees the hairdresser as being beneath her and someone only there to service her needs. The silly thing is that, before TOWIE, she was a used car salesman - a service industry job that she would look down on someone doing now

Exactly babes. And it's her crowning glory and shouldn't be disrespected.

I'd love to have heard the conversation between the poor stylist and the production team after his terrible ordeal was over. I bet it included a lot of the c word.

And I don't mean Collins.

End of the day it was a free haircut, just be happy with it.

Everytime they show the back of her head you can see a strip of hair stuck on with what looks like a hole above it. She really would benefit from a more natural hairdo, plus she can then wash and dry it herself. Maybe this is one of her secret reasons for leaving the jungle - no chance of a blowdry there!

There is no excuse for her rudeness to the (crap) hairdresser, but the blow dry was not a proper blow dry.

Of course anybody with a modicum of manners would accept any present (and that is what this was, a present which she had done nothing to earn so free, as the OP says) with good grace, even if it was something you didn't like or would have preferred different. Like not complaining about something you get at Christmas from a well meaning relative or friend.

But Gemma clearly has no manners so what else do we expect?

She will blame the edit.
Run on this morning to say how angry she is at the edits.
then the Daily Fail will have her looking sad blaming the edits.
the loose women will agree with her the edits are 100% deliberately done to make you look bad.

by reading Twitter and DS she's learned nothing from the fallout of IAC,

Paid for by her Housemates, not her. They were the ones making a sacrifice with no gain, nor her. So, still a gift to her and complaining about it shows an incredible lack of gratitude or good grace.

I still say my analogy of saying a Christmas present is crap is a valid one. A person spends time and money obtaining a present for you, you should thank them, not say it wasn't good enough. Basically, she told her Housemates that their sacrifice in not having hot water or appliances was worthless as her reward wasn't satisfactory to her.

Yes. Insulting the lot of them. (not that she cares one bit)
