Thick as plank, a basic guy, that seems to live like an animal, eating and sex is all he does, primitive to the core, has no functionality, can't articulate a pennies worth, the most verbally challenged, it's not his accent, it's just that he has no idea how to communicate. He has to be himself because he can't be any other way it's only due to lack of options, a person like that can't pretend, even if he does it's clearly transparent, he's too basic for anything.

He should just carry a club around and be done with it.
