What a fresh idea, boy-boy action. I don't think it's been done yet and it would be a great new angle instead of the usual contrived boy-girl romances which are more tactical alliance pacts than anything else and getting boring to cynics like me.

I think it would appeal also to Endemol & C4 which needs the show to be a success - and nothing would generate more publicity and hype than upsetting the moral sensitivities of Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells and the Daily Mail.

So who was meant to be Jason's paramour? The thought of a romance between Jason and Marco is a tad bizarre (to put it politely).

Or was it to be a Jason + Dan thing?

Are you for real? Of COURSE it was meant to be Jay and Dan.

Ah, but true love can be so unpredictable, can't it?

If they jave a maximum of 2 gay guys or lesbians in each BB the chances of them being attracted to each other isn't great.

a gay-gay-straight love triangle would be good...

or a gay-gay-bi-straight love square...

Sounds to me as if you're beginning to envisage some sort of bisexual gang-bang, Eusebius. Do you see this as BB6's answer to Fight Night?

I'm shocked. Impressionable young persons watch BB, you know!

They'd never show it. I used to laugh at they way the camera would go shooting off elsewhere if Jay and Dan went within touching distance before the watershed.

Oh of course not, that would be far too vulgar....

I am more interested in observing the relationship and human nature aspects... gentle, sensitive gays, metrosexual straights, inner turmoil, torment of secret love, tantalising secret glances...e.g...

shy sensitive handsome sexually-confused guy finds himself irresistibly drawn to brooding equally handsome straight guy but is too scared to come out to him, meanwhile handsome straight guy fancies cute chick but she fancies shy sensitive guy...

Or something like that.

I wouldn't say no to a BB gangbang though.

God nooooooo It was bad enough with stupid & mememe, sucking each others faces off last year. I don't want to see anyone acting like rampant hoovers.

Doesn't have to be boys, could of course be two girls.

To be honest I think its unlikely. the chances of it happening are actually less because there tends to be less numbers of gay people in the house than heterosexual and therefore the choice of partners is more limited. Thus you have to actually fancy the only other one (or two) people in there who happen to be gay. Or of course you don't have to like each other at all, just try for the romance thing as a tactical thing. However, romance has never won any prizes in the past.

Neither have appeal for me, nor do I particulary want to see straight people slurping each others faces off.

Exactly. For that reason a gay 'romance' in BB would be even more contrived than a straight one.

Of course it would lulu, but I still reckon the producers tried to contrive it last year.

Without doubt, as they did in BB2. That backfired on them because Brian clearly felt he'd been set up and didn't like it.
