To be honest I don't care whether there are household names in it or not. All I want to see is celebrities who are committed to the show and who make an improvement week by week

Sometimes some of the less well-known celebs end up being fan favourites by the end of the series

That's actually a very good point. Anita, Alesha & Jay would be prime examples.

Apart from one or possibly two, last year was probably the most underwhelming for me at the time of reveal in a long time or possibly overall. But I ended up loving the series and getting to know every contestant.

This year's rumours are more than welcomed by me though. I guess it's personal preference.

On Nick Grimshaw's radio show, he just mentioned that he'll be making the Strictly announcement after 9:00am, for anyone interested.
