We don't know that as the edit went from people trying to explain to Tiffany the mistake to several of them saying 'she needs to go'. John did say it but as we didn't see the whole incident, we have no way of knowing who was the instigator of wanting her to go - Kristina was pretty vocal about it, as was Danielle, Angie, etc.
