It's a Fire Door, it's never locked, you just push the latch for it to open like all fire doors and I believe it was Dannielle who opened the door first.

It's a wonder Gemma hasn't been issued with a formal warning for her behaviour. Kicking open the fire exit four times sounds like an extremely serious rule break.

Not only is it a rule break it's criminal to tamper with or activate fire and or emergency equipment maliciously in the workplace.

Daniella has definitely had her hair done. It looks much softer with the fringe and it's now blonde and not the brassy yellow that it was when the show started.
