Could Ofcom have someone removed from the BB house?

Seriously that Gemma makes me so angry! I don't know why someone hasn't stepped in already and removed this disgusting, rude organism from the house!

If someone made a really strong complaint could Ofcom have her removed?

Maybe in One Direction World, But down here in the real world thats not at all what OFCOM are for.

No. What? Ofcom have nothing to do with it. It must be awful having to work in the complaints department of Ofcom and hearing daily lunacy from people. Especially when BB is on.

Only if they get all their staff - I feel certain they double their temping staff when BB is on, in preparation for all the random complaints - to vote again and again from nomination time until the phone lines shut

Ofcom could stop the show if enough people complained, but there would have to be thousands doing it. They're more likely to fine broadcasters, which isn't the same as shutting it down. Even if BB lied about their show, you'd have to prove it, if you could lay your hands on the Contract that is.

I think they would..

In fact, you should write to them and ask that they remove her.

Do let us know how they respond.

Ignore all the terrible advice here Haz.

The simple fact is 'Yes' Ofcom will remove ANY HM at any time, so long as you call during office hours, and use their free online voucher code 'UR1' when you speak to Shirley Knott.

Please note however, that you can only redeem this voucher 3 times per series of Big Brother, and there's a strict No returns to the House policy - so be sure to select carefully when calling Shirl.

I've temporarily misplaced the link which proves all this along with the phone number..however if you Google the code mentioned, you'll quickly find the necessary info.

Can you give us a heads up when done also. Many Thank Yous

I think you might be confusing "vote to evict" with ofcom.

The answer is no you can't to either this series though.

Don't think they'd even cancel a series wth thousands of complaints. Didn't cbb5 get over 45,000 complaints?

I think it'd be rather funny TBH. I get it that sometimes there are valid/serious complaints but this thread is proof enough that there must be some loony calls. I bet they have a right laugh.
