Are you from Essex ? It's noticeable that Daniella, Megan and Fearne McCann have little problem with Gemma also. Maybe when you know a few people like her you can grow to handle it with a thicker skin. Treat it like a battle of wits.

Don't know about your place of work but if I behaved like her in mine I'd swiftly get the sack. I wish I could get paid a six figure sum for constantly breaking the rules of my contract and being unnecessarily rude, unfortunately I live in the real world.

she also made a huge thing about who Stephanie's boyfriend was , that she'd met him and thought he was gorgeous, stir stir stir, she loves sticking her nose in to other HMs business and conversations.
I don't think her behaviour especially the way she intimidates people would be accepted on the outside at all.

I am retired now but if Gemma had behaved in the way that she does on TV at any of my former workplaces then she would have been shown the door (assuming she could fit through it).

She's a classic follower, you can be tough in some ways and still be a follower. Whenever Housemate A voices a gripe against Housemate(s) B, she just happens to share their point of view, finish their sentences and adopt a tone like she's also aggrieved by it and that she was Housemate A's fellow sufferer was already well understood by all and sundry prior to Housemate A opening their gob.
