Well said, exactly how I see Gemma Collins too. Sorry OP but you must have rocks in your head if you cannot see that Gemma is all the above and more. She is just NOT a nice person at all. Plus she is definitely not being bullied, it is her that is the bully and the manipulator of the house!

She is exactly the same in TOWIE yes.
You do come across people like Gemma in the workplace but they tend to universally disliked and top of the lists for redundancies. I work with someone who has some similar traits and I just avoid engaging with her as much as possible. Most of the office can't stand her.
