He has never beaten her. Something about her being treated badly was mentioned on live feed by her ex and by someone she knows on twitter said she was hit a few times... but they stated it was her ex boyfriend too, not Sam.
Not sure about the cheating, they are probably just like each other so both of them probably cheated on each other.
