Darren Day says that he's been left feeling "uncomfortable" by Tiffany Pollard's flirting on CBB.

The last couple of paragraphs made me laugh.

Oh god, Darren needs to give this a rest now. He constantly holds onto things. She flirted with him and made a bit of an inappropriate comment, but he needs to give it a rest now. It's the same with the John thing. I can't stand John, but Darren is still banging on about that nomination even after all this tine,

To be fair Darren was asked a question in the diary room and he answered honestly.

What is he supposed to do lie and say that he liked everybody equally? Then the same people would be criticising him for not having an opinion.

He was answering a question put to him by Big Brother. That seems fair enough to me.

All the housemates would be asked the same question. We're just not being told their answers, but they would almost certainly be no less predictable.

And me.

The contrast between the dreary 'uncomfortable with everything' Darren and the joyful 'all-embracing bring-it-on' Tiffany is richly amusing.

He was also talking to Gemma about it.... there's something about it today. He only gets a mention because of John and Tiff. Should count his blessings.

He was talking about what he was asked in the diary room And the clip was from last night. That's why I thought there was an overreaction to that clip especially since the conversation was only about 40 seconds long then went on to discuss the task.

Well she did make him feel uncomfortable. It made me cringe just to watch it. He now has to live with a woman who not only told him she has feeling for him but then made comments about infidelity to his wife in front of everyone. Obviously that is not the kind of person he would want around him.

It's just unfortunate that he can't seen that she's not really after him. She's just desperate for ambit of airtime. She also doesn't care how he feels as!long as she gets a storyline.

well Darren has two of his nominations sorted, Tiffany & John

I get that Tiff is coming on too strong, but why doesn't he ever tell her? He never seems to tell her to tone it down, or that he wishes she would respect his marriage by rethinking about things she says. He goes and tells everybody else and the problem is never resolved. As Gemma said, he needs to grow some balls and start facing up to things. He doesn't ever seem to have a medium. He either says nothing, or won't shut up about it (i.e. the thing with John)

I agree, they will be his nominees until one of them goes...

Because it gives him what he wants - victim status.

He likes being a victim of John too...and when it's not John he likes being a former addict pity party person who has replaced the actual addiction with the "good boy" attention he receives from being a reformed character. I seem to remember he was like this on IAC.

He's wetter than an otter's pocket.

She is sleazy, and disrespectful to his wife, and he is too weak to tell her she is out of order.

Pathetic bunch of people.

John did say to him he (Darren) would probably be nominating him (John) again and again.

The old chestnut again.

Reverse the sexes - wouldn't it be regarded as sexual harressment.
He has said he feels uncomfortable with what she is saying.

Aye. Darren has been extremely lazy in that house, he has offered no wit, wisdom or entertainment, challenged nothing, he has just sat by, waiting patently to become a victim of something, then moaning away like some sadsack, hoping all the people at home will give Poor Darren a big hug in the form of votes.

In that sense, he's lazier than Gemma.

I fail to see what Darren has done wrong and thought he handled Tiff well when she came on to him.
What name??

But not to her . It's sexual harassment when you know someone doesn't like what you are doing and they keep on doing it. If they don't say, or signal clearly, you might not know and think they are OK with the banter.

He has taken it well, that's the problem. He's taking it on the chin and then complaining to other people. How is Tiff to know she's doing anything wrong when he won't tell her how he feels? He can't go around telling everybody he feels uncomfortable if he's not gonna face up to the problem because Tiff is the person he should be speaking to.

It could scarcely be more obvious that he doesn't welcome it. She would have to be deaf, blind, and stupid not to see that. I know she's not that thick.

Or, it could be that he's just a nice bloke and doesn't want to crush or humiliate her on national TV.

I think his standoffish behaviour during that cringeworthy seduction routine made it pretty clear that he wasn't interested, he shouldn't really need to tell her anything.

Anyway, who really cares? The whole situation is just another blatantly contrived set piece by Tiffany to get some air time.
