How can a real money bet (like Paddypower) be legally valid 4 BB winner stakes?

When its already been decided by CBB?
Its obvious this show is manipulated towards the HM the producers want to win. There is no betting fairness in that!

Its a bit like backing a random horse, when the winning horse is on steroids, or has done a 'cash for fixing' on the quiet
The only loser being the punter/the person who has given 50p of their money to ring, which is in effect wasted .

This is why I dont vote/bet, as much as I would like to.

CBB is up there with Tennis, Boxing, Football, Cricket etc, over the years. It's only recently that I've realised the American's are onto something by banning sports betting.

It was possible to vote on the outcome of the 'Who Killed Lucy?' storyline in Eastenders. The outcome of this was predetermined; the trick is working out the answer. I suppose these days BB is the same; if you can work out which way the producers are hoping to sway the vote then you can win your bets. If C5 were taking bets I think it would be an issue, however, as it is an external company with no ties to the show (and therefore no interest in who wins until bets start coming in and likewise the betting companies have no influence over the show) I can't see the problem.
