She has no recognisable qualifications and is a total sham. You can't make people give up anything if they don't want to, how easy life would be if that were the case!

I agree - initially I think Tiffany was spooked, they should have let her out and at the same time shown Gillian McK the door - she is as you say, a quack.

Yes, Gemma's cosmetic surgeon wasn't quite so lucky.
It made me feel really uncomfortable, to be honest. John was on it straight away, telling BB to let her out - several times, and she was bashing the door. They finally opened it in the end but if I'd been locked in that sterile, weird environment I'd have been the same.
I really think it's irresponsible as well to have that strange, strange woman messing around with peoples' minds when a lot of them are quite vulnerable and she isn't really qualified to do that.
