Hello and welcome to The Glitterball! Last time, it was Musicals Week and, although it was a tough dance off, Adam & Oti were sent home. Now it's Week 4, and the competition is well underway. Who'll go next? We don't know! Please welcome the stars of our show...

In Training: After topping the leaderboard last week, Naomi is feeling the pressure. "After last week's Rumba, well, I just realised how great dancing really is. I really do not want to go home, so I hope we do okay this week!" Naomi says.

Ian: What a great way to start the show, Naomi! It was absolutely beautiful, and Kevin, I'm sure your godfather Len will be happy with those heel leads!

Len: Dermot, it wasn't your best, but it wasn't your worst either. Your timing was decent and the lifts were ok, but you seemed to struggle with the swivel action and choreography. It didn't blow my mind. It was just a very forgettable dance.

Len: Not bad but not great either. Your frame was nice, but the footwork...you absolutely murdered it. I mean, it's not that hard! You're a bit like Dermot- the one in the middle that I'll most likely forget.

Ian: To put it simply... your best dance! While it certainly wasn't perfect it was sharp and full of attack, stiff, decent frame and footwork, not bad at all!

In Training: Dan is not finding the American Smooth easy at all. "He's struggling on the frame and floaty movement of this dance. I just hope he gets it right enventually!" Karen prays.
