There is no point in watching a show where 'you decide' is thrown back contemptuously in our faces. The show is rigged and they don't even try to disguise it. As for the execrable Gilliam McKeith - an unqualified quack spouting medieval nonsense presented as science - these are not celebrities, get me out of here.

I agree. Every series i hope things will get better but it never does. If it wasn't for Channel 4 BB i would have turned off a long time ago. I am addicted to this show, but i hate it right now.

I was away last weekend and since I came back I haven't watched. I pop on here to see if there is anything worth going back for but nothing. I too have been addicted to BB since the beginning and this is the first time ever I haven't stuck with it, I have enjoyed some reading and watching the programmes I usually tape while BB is on.

Well for me, watching BB is a life lesson, seeing how mild evil operates and is allowed to operate. How it's excused. How scapegoats are formed and how even the "good guys" give in to the powers that be. It's always been a social experiment in my eyes.

I stopped watching it last Tuesday night. Haven't watched it since. from what I've been reading on here I haven't been missing much

I stopped 3 days ago when it was made obvious that they will see Gemma win this. I come on here for updates, and watch video clips but that is it.

I personally love this series, yet I still don't like the state the show is in overall.

I don't care about the state of the show having BB on air is way better than having it taken off air, which would result in a number of BB fans being bored with nothing to watch.

Exactly how I view it too B&E. Even though it's scripted, it still gives a general eyespy view into how people behave in a social environment with others that are relative strangers. For that reason, I'll probably continue to watch it even though I know how manipulative the show has become.

Yep. Highlight for me tonight was Steph kicking back against the way everyone including BB are scoring points off her situation with Jeremy. She finally learned from Daniella that it may have repercussions for her career and i guess the penny dropped - she's not in control of her future, her choices will be exploited and the consequences may not be worth the reward, she seems rather helpless though. I wonder what BB offered her to stay, i'm sure some bribe was used.

I gave up on the normal civvy BB ages ago, having watched with interest and amusement since the very first series on CH4.
Perhaps it's a generational thing, but for me too many weirdo wannabes began to make their presence felt and I didn't care enough about any of them to carry on watching the normal version which goes on for months.
I have however continued to watch zeleb BB even though the manipulation by producers appears to me to have become so blatant as to show utter contempt for the loyal viewers.
I feel sorry for anyone who still cares enough to pick up the phone and pay to vote, I'm loyal but not stupid!
I'm rapidly going off BBOTS though.
Although I usually find Rylan amusing and have always liked fellow West Midlander Emma, BBOTS is being used as another device which influences viewer perceptions and not in a good way. The presenters are obviously in on the behind the scenes machinations, and for me they have sold their last shreds of integrity by perpetuating the drivel that we are being fed by the current production team.
I can understand why viewers and DS forumites sometimes get hot under the collar when the less likeable personality traits of some housemates reveal themselves, but once again, the producers create inflammatory situations with loaded questions given during tasks and by allowing some to get away with rule breaking while others who they imagine will react in a way that makes what they consider to be good tv are almost victimised. The Z listers signed up for it, that's fair enough, but surely there will be fewer willing z listers who have ever done anything worthy of note in the future, and standards will continue to plummet.
No wonder they have to trawl second rate American shows to find new HM's, nobody with an active UK showbiz career of any kind would risk it at the mercy of the producers who are capable of destroying them.
No civilised person should be treated in the way that some housemates have been treated during the present series, and these situations are completely engineered by producers who know exactly which buttons to push.
I'm not normally shockable but I'm starting to feel slightly uncomfortable at watching what are to me young kids almost having breakdowns and being held up to insult and ridicule for the sake of 'entertainment' by these smart arse uni graduate in psychology producers who could really do some lasting harm if they are allowed to continue along their destructive way.
I'm in no position to tell anyone what to do, but to my mind the only way to save what was once a very interesting and well liked tv programme which is now beyond parody would be to hit these channel 5 clowns where it will hurt by refusing to waste time or money voting for any HM and by contacting advertisers to make them aware of exactly what it is that they are helping to fund and sustain

I'm still enjoying this series. I tend to watch in blocks also rather than nightly which makes it even more enjoyable. I'm even enjoying BOTS this series and finding Rylan quite funny and less annoying. Good to see they've ditched inviting audience members onto the panel and rationed certain appearances. I'm presuming they are short of guests to invite onto the panel as the same faces keep popping up, yes, I mean you Dan Wooton - and anyone else who features on This Morning.

I think manipulation has been minimal compared to usual and very refreshing, but that's only because the housemates have provided organic drama and entertainment and carried the series alone - let this be a lesson to the producers when they are selecting the next group of housemates to enter. The manipulative survey tasks need to end though, along with gunge-based or eating disgusting food challenges - there's an improvement this series, but we've seen the majority of it all before - several times.

BB's sense of humour has improved also, but we need to see a more playful boss and really take the piss out of his residents besides making huge tits of themselves of their own accord. Ropey editing, but less incidental music and montages are not missed one bit. The series theme could have been executed much better, however, as always, apart from the house design and on-screen graphics, it is lost on the housemate's and also the viewers. I've only disliked two housemates this series, Winston and Tantrum, and thankfully they're gone!

Tiffany is tv gold and if she isn't crowned the winner she should definitely be runner up or third placed housemate. After UK vs USA I honestly didn't think I could stomach more American housemates, but after her recent drunken antics and classic hilarious diary room entries she is my number one! Really hoping this series continues to entertain me until the end and producers don't eff it up now we're in the final few days. Overall, pleasantly surprised and the handful of changes have been noticable. Summer BB needs to follow suit and I'm very intrigued as to how bosses will approach it this year! It steps out of line way to often but long live BB and his revolving door of crazies!

I've failed to watch the last two series properly. I have seen a few bits and pieces of this series but it is mind numbing. And there is no point in chatting on this forum unless you really like Tiffany otherwise you get told to go watch the waltons instead. I am not joking.
