Hi folks, the iwfes Hudl doesn't seem to charging we have changed chargers but still isin't charging, the red light is on showing charging or connection but the battery is 1% and no improvement, it's over a year old now so suppose the warranty is out, any ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks in advance

Just done whay I think is a reset holding the on switch on whil holding down the + volume button, then switched it on and the charge is showing 3% and hopefully rises, not sure if I have wiped any settings or imports since new but just have to wait and see.

Cheers

That happened to mine a few months back. It would only charge if I switched it off first. Tesco support advised the reset and its worked fine since. Not sure why it happens. Glad you have got it sorted.

When I tried to charge mine with lead supplied it kept saying not enough power to charge. I just use a different lead now and its fine.

I've had that at times. Next time I used the same lead it was fine.
