e2save cashback redemption... how to do it right
I'm sure I'm overthinking this, but I've not done a mobile contract cashback redemption before - I was put off by too many stories of cashback claims 'conveniently' getting lost in the post, or ever changing postal addresses for claims. However I understand things are better these days, not least because you can submit claims directly online.
I want to submit a cashback redemption claim to e2save for a Vodafone contract - this is what the e2save Upload your bill page looks like. It gives the option of uploading your bill as an image (JPEG etc), PDF or a .DOC file. I can get the bill from the Vodafone website as a PDF, but I don't really want to upload the whole thing with all my calls and texts itemised, so I thought I'd just upload the relevant pages (it's easy to split up PDFs without special software by using the Chrome browser). e2save say they need various bits of information on the bill. The first page of a Vodafone bill shows the address, whilst the third page shows the tariff (both show the account number, invoice number and mobile number). The second page just shows a load of standard information. Would I be best splitting up the bill and uploading the first three pages separately as PDFs? Or chop it down to a three page PDF and just upload that? Like I said, I know I'm overthinking this! I just don't want them to refuse my claim on some petty technicality. Thanks for any advice. |

Just bumping this... I know I was overthinking it when I wrote the above post, but given that I did go to the effort of writing it and posting it I might as well see if anyone on here has any helpful advice.
Thanks, binary. |
