What new Freetime additions would you like to see?
Just wondering if there are any new additions users would like to see, and if there are any new changes likely to be coming soon?
What about a deleted folder that you could transfer back to your recordings? (As Sky boxes have) |

DTCP-IP DLNA server as expected at first launch (As found on a HDR FOX T2). You can't restore a file once deleted in Linux. Unlike Windows once deleted it's gone for ever. You would have to create a folder and move the recordings into that (The custom firmware for the HDR FOX T2 can use this approach).

Sorry, you have lost me here. What difference would adding this make to Freetime? I don't have that knowledge.

It would provide the ability to play recorings on other equipment on the LAN but NOT enable copying.

I'd like to be able to resume playback of the last program watched by, say, pressing "play". You know, like you can on $ky.
When playing back a recording and browsing the guide at the same time, I'd like the record button to setup a recording just like it does when you're not playing back a recording. I know you can press OK and then select record but that's a clart. |

Unlikely that we'll see Amazon Prime. I asked Humax about that a while ago and was told that there are no plans to include anything from Amazon. There must have been some sort of deal to get Netflix included, but as I don't subscribe it's of no value to me.

They've been sending out new beta software (which made my box lose all its icons for a while) - which they say is for new On Demand content but with no detail of what or when.
