Had a Thai takeaway last night to celebrate the very, very good news (which came before the end of the chemo which we weren't expecting) that scans show that my OH has had a 'complete response' to the treatment and is NED (no evidence of disease). Still have more chemo so have to be wary and careful about that and not take it for granted but obviously pretty fantastic news! \o/ Don't know what the future holds but that's as good as it gets for now.
The Thai wasn't up to much though. Very sweet. Tonight is just quorn escalope, new potatoes and mushy peas. |

I cooked a five bird roast which was reduced and we had roast potatoes, leeks in cheese, sprouts, carrots and peas. Pudding was a plum crumble and cream.

Wednesday Night has become Indian night over the last couple of months, so why break tradition.
![]() I normally have Chicken Curry or Chicken Balti, but tonight I am tempted to have a Rogan or Jalfrezi.. |
