Treat tonight. Got some lovely steaks which I'll do with homemade oven chips, peas, mushrooms and a fried egg on top.

Did a modified version of this recipe for pork steak casserole. Left out the wine and pearl barley, didn't use the same proportions when it came to the other ingredients and did it all on the stove top in one pan so it wasn't even a casserole. Had it with buttered crusty white bread.
