Meeting a friend at a pub near hers that has a Thursday steak night and do a rather nice sirloin steak and chips and glass of wine for about £6.00

Yesterday was home-made egg fried rice wuth green peppers, mushroom, courgettes and onion with massaman sauce (from Tesco and pretty nice for a jar) with tofu puffs and courgette.

Tonight home-made cheesy bean burgers, with peas and parmentier potatoes and watercress sauce.
