Couscous with red onion, chick peas, courgette and red and orange pepper in a chilli, ginger, garlic, saffron broth, with new potato salad and mushroom tarts. Was supposed to be for a sunny bank holiday......

Going to post on here to subscribe to this thread for some good ideas as to finding easy, healthy and original recipes.
Tonight I made a beef stroganoff for the first time. Diced beef (fried in butter and well seasoned); chopped onion and shallots; some sour cream, mustard and a dash of honey plus Worcestershire sauce. Serve with tagliatelle and veg. Oh my god, I was so proud - it was divine! |
