Portobello mushroom burgers, stuffed with cheese and garlic butter and rostis.
We had a healthier dinner tonight. .tomato and coriander cous cous..salmon..green salad tomato and white onion..black olives and baby beetroot. I also had sauerkraut with sririacha sauce. Kids had strawberries pineapple for pud..
Lamb koftas, in soft tortillas with salad and home made chilli sauce. I've already made the koftas and they're chilling in the fridge.
Going to a Thai restaurant in Headingley with my wife in about 45 minutes.

Venison Steak, roast root veg, braised red cabbage, butternut squash purée with a port and chocolate sauce.
2 glamorgan sausages, butter beans, houmous, coleslaw, caramelised onion chutney, giant couscous and vegetables.
Tofu stuffed with mushrooms, garlic and onions, baked in a banana leaf and topped with lots of chillies - white rose ( dumplings served topped with crunchy bits of toasty garlic and served with a sweet dipping sauce) - water spinach cooked with garlic and for afters - coconut ice-cream with a peanut topping.
Served in the best Veggie Restaurant in the world - Minh Hien - Hoi An in Vietnam.
