I've just marinated some chicken drumsticks in peri peri seasoning. Will enjoy tonight with some salad, sweet potato wedges and a small dollop of low fat mayonnaise
Yesterday, halloumi marinated in honey, olive oil, chilli, Moroccan carrots, chick peas, spinach and tomatoes with almonds and a Greek salad and bread.
Going to be having chicken breasts baked in a tomato sauce (aka a jar of cheapo pasta sauce) with added red onion, peppers, mushrooms and herbs. Side salad and garlic bread to accompany it.
