What mix of spices do you use for your SFC? Mix your own or buy one? Does it taste a lot like KFC?

Thanks

Pizza to eat whilst watching the FA Cup and to help soak up the ale, and then when the games done I'll be ordering a Chinese to be delivered from our local shop. Usually when I've had a few drinks I get Curried Chicken and Chips.

^^^ Gosh you're hungry!

I'll be having some soft tacos filled with mince, salad, red/spring onion and cheese; will eat during the FA cup final also.

Thanks, I'll try that. I'm trying to re-create KFC at home. The closest I've come is Caribbean Everyday Seasoning and polenta. It doesn't taste quite the same though, it's hotter than KFC but still really good.

I wouldn't say it tastes like KFC but just generic fried chicken with a bit of a kick.

Nice enough though and saves raiding the spice rack to knock up my own blend.

Chicken stirfry tonight.
