I'm very excited for my dinner tonight. As hubby will be busy all weekend dealing with valentines we are going out for our own tonight. We are going to my favourite Italian and I'm so excited!

Sweet potato, spinach and mushroom curry. Wasn't really planning it but I had forgotten to defrost some meat and it was whatever leftovers I had in the fridge.

Very impressed with the way it turned out. I really should do veggie curries more often.

Why do you eat boiled onions? I'm genuinely interested, I've never heard of anyone eating boiled onions before.

Do you chop them up or boil them whole?
