Scrap that
Couldn't find a chippy. One has closed down, two converted to bog standard takeaways and the one that is a dedicated chippy had a line out of the door.


Spaghetti with tomato sauce now.

Well, my mum who is 80 wanted to make this dish she has been going on about for 6 months. It goes like this...sliced potatoes then bacon then cheese. Repeat in a deep dish three times. Cook for an hour with the lid on then take the lid off sprinkle more cheese and half an hour lid off. There was a bit of garlic and some red onion in there too. Delicious.
