not a big fan of spam fritters but I do have a weakness for grilled or dry fried spam, might have to have that tomorrow now

Steak and homemade chips, and I'm going to try making a mustard sauce to go with it.

It was also Steak and (Aunt Bessie Home Style) Chips for me and my wife tonight.

It went really well thanks, just 200ml of low fat Crème fraîche and a couple of tablespoons of dijon mustard warmed up together. The steak was lovely too, caught it just right.

And tonight is homemade meatball subs, using leftovers from last night's meatball pasta.
