Assured Food Standards who regulate and promote British produce were at my local shopping centre the other day. I picked up a recipe booklet from them called 'British pork in a pot' that included this particular hotpot recipe. Giving it a go.

Sea bass and ratatouille.

Chicken and red wine casserole. Got 3 for £10 at M&S which my wife and I will have tonight, and any left over will do for lunch tomorrow.

I'll do it with baby potatoes and steamed veg.
