Didn't have the pizza. Pizza place was shut. Had a chip sandwich instead!
Today is more chips (sort of sauteed potatoes), egg and asparagus |

We are sort of fasting/dieting on Lent Wednesdays and Fridays this year - a family wedding coming up and a dress to be got into.
Home made soup and bread tonight. |

Some fresh steamed hake with a salad of potatoes, celery, tomatoes, spinach. followed by frozen banana 'ice cream'.
I had a health check recently and my blood pressure was up so they are taking two more readings at 2 week intervals. It's not perfect as I am having a mayo/oilive oil/mustard dressing and will be using some salt. But it's a start to a healthier diet. Don't want to be on bp tablets as have heard it is lifelong once you start. |

A bit different from usual. |

Not sure yet. I'm undecided on if I'm going for a swim this evening. If so it will be a quick dinner tonight afterwards
