If anybody watched Jamie's Superfood on Friday he did a spinach pasta dish. My husband is making it tonight, with a few tweaks and adding prawns. I'm very excited (is that sad?) 😬

Veggie chilli with rice. It's a brilliant way to use up any spare veg, costs pennies to make a huge pan so lots leftover to freeze.

Pizza tonight and I am REALLY looking forward to it. I have been healthy eating over the last week, but tonight I am blowing the diet ... and I can't wait. Bring on the pepperoni.

I'm about to start Chicken in a white wine sauce, with bubble and squeak, while drinking some chilled beers and listening to Magic Soul Town on Magic Soul Summer and then enjoying the meal with some lovely chilled wine, then later watching last night's The Good Old Days with more wine.
