Can't be arsed cooking much tonight so just having Date parcels stuffed with frangipane and pomegranate served with courgette flowers with raspberry and Grand Marnier syrup, plus some Herbed venison cutlets with skordalia & beetroot and jalapeno relish.

Autumn veg (well, pumpkin, sweet potato and butternut squash) chilli. I went a shade bonkers and added cocoa to the chilli ragout and it was divine.

Got to use veg - so a light veg dinner. Quorn pie for me - lamb for hubby! I had to to cook lamb the weekend! My worse nightmare! Washing & steaming everything down - the smell!😱😬
