Well tonight I am having 45 day dry aged roast sirloin of beef.
I ordered the joint nearly 2 months ago it arrived on Tuesday, and I have been looking forward to it since I ordered the meat. |

It was fabulous. Well worth the wait, the cost and the effort.
Was it tender, tasty and succulent?
