3 Home Signal Box Issues
Hey all,
Wondering if someone here can help, Just taken out a new contract with 3 two weeks ago, signal in house is at 0 so they sent me a Home Signal Box (Black), have connected it up correctly as per the instructions, as per past posts I have read although I don't know if it is relevant, I have a BT Home Hub 5. I received the box yesterday (Saturday 10th January 2016) and have a constant rapid flashing green light, was left on overnight and it continues to rapidly flash green, no red lights at all, set up DMZ and port clamping also and left for a number of hours (now switched back off), and still rapidly flashing. Does anyone else have any ideas? I have hard reset the HH5 and HSB also and no luck... |

Try putting a paper clip in the reset buttons as follows in the video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msNZp6wmQUk http://support.three.co.uk/SRVS/CGI-...,Case=obj(5440) If that doesn't work try calling the Home Signal Box team on 0800 358 4828 . Im surprised they are still giving out Home Signal Boxes. |

Don't know how the Three ones work but when you get an EE Signalbox you have to call them to activate it on your account (it's registered against your mobile account).
So yeah, as above, call them and you'll probably find the light stays on! ![]() Oh and have the IMEI number of the box ready when you call. |
