Clara was with War,10 and 11 in the barn as the formulated the plan to freeze Gallifrey but where was she during the actual sequence?

i know this kind of pointless but it just bobbed into my head so i thought id ask if anyone else had noticed that she just randomly disappeared only to appear again in the museum.

I can pronounce it (but I have to wipe the spittle from my computer screen afterwards). I don't remember Clara in Destiny of the Daleks, but I presume it was one of those very off-screen splinter-type all-unseen intervention-like thingies.

I think she was in 11's TARDIS. After all, that's how she got to the barn
