I have always had super thick lovely long wavy hair that i've always worn up in a top knot at bedtime, but over the last 6 months ive noticed im getting massive knots in the back which is annoying
So how do you wear you hair at bedtime girls?.....I was thinking of getting a silk scarf but not sure if that would help

A plat or two plats (I have extensions)

Moisturiser, two plaits and I always wear a silk scarf. I'll sometimes pin curl my hair for waves.

Piled up on top like a pineapple. No top knot as it's curly and I don't want to crush them. I always use a silk or satin pillowcase too. No knots.

You can buy a satin pillowcase on eBay for a few pounds. My silk one was about 30 quid. Honestly, the satin one is better. Save your money and buy satin.

Mine is always in 2 plaits at night.

I have long hair and wear it in a high ponytail on top of my head. I can't stand feeling hair round my neck as it makes me feel hot and sweaty. Plus I have to wear the mask for my CPAP machine so have to keep my hair well out of the way to be comfortable.

I buy real silk pillowcases on eBay which cost about £10 each - & come in 30 colours. (However, if you're less fussy about colours, pale ones start at £4.25.) You have to wait for them to come from China, but they're worth the wait - lovely & soft (& wash well - I just bung them in with all the other bed linen).

Don't know how people can sleep with their hair in bobbles. I find it uncomfy.
As I'm lying down I just let my hair flow over the end of the pillow, so it is sitting above me as I don't like it to itch my neck.

A ponytail or plait. I can't sleep with it loose as its too hot.

I have very long naturally curly hair, I tend to put it up in a top knot on top of my head, and fasten it with a scrunchy. I can't have it loose as I get wrapped and knotted up in it

either a low pony tail or plait, can't have anything high as it hurts and pulls my hair when I sleep as I tend to sleep on my back.

I sleep with mine loose, but when I lie down I put it all up 'above' me on the pillow, so it's out of the way and not in my face or tickling my neck.

I just wear mine loose.

Loose ponytail or a plat

I've always had long, thick, wavy hair. But there is something I do with it if I want it to be even more beautiful the day after. The night before, I take a shower and wash my hair, dry it using an electric fan (I don't blowdry my hair that much because it dries easily), then put it up in a bun. The bun wherein you take all your hair, twist it until you have a rope-like bunch, then you start twisting it around your crown like a donut. Then I just secure it with a scrunchie on the outer part.

The next morning I just do everything I have to do (shower, put makeup on) then remove the scrunchie before I head out. It looks phenomenal this way, trust me.
