I must be the only poster on t'internet who likes Ann. Her voice does remind me of Sarah Millican, very engaging I think and she comes across as much younger than her age. I think the Irish lady client is quite tricky. No reason why she shouldn't be of course, it's her house.
I think a lot of them bat back criticisms of their schemes. Worst tonight for me was Craig's deathly boring mood board when he'd been asked for Boho. A few twigs on lights doesn't make a room Boho Chic. He's come up with a design my mother would like.

I said that yesterday to the OH, I'm sure she's been on something else (something housey but I don't know what).
I don't watch Sewing Bee but she does seem to like stitching things.
