He's just a) better known, via his LBC and BBC London shows, and b) a better presenter than the people he's filling in for. He tells social media when he'll be on and he actually asks for calls, giving the number clearly rather than as part of a repeated half hearted spiel where you can't even make the number out it's said so fast. All the callers I've heard to Max are well known LBC/BBC London callers who are listening cos it's Max and he's spoken to loads of time before, and go back to the other two stations when the regular presenter gets back.

There's a so called Comedian called Aaron Barschak who is referred to as a caller, but I suspect they call him, as he's probably a friend of Ash, who they speak to alot. But apart from him - no. The only interest is when Ed, the producer from New Zealand comes on, who is far more intelligent than either Gould brother.
