It's talkSPORT's overnight show, which talkRADIO will be simulcasting. It's primarily a sports show, but certainly when The Two Mikes are in the chairs topics other than sport are discussed at length.
With Tom Latchem, who cut his teeth primarily as a print news journalist and used to review the front pages with Mike Graham, taking over one of the weekend slots recently (his predecessor has moved to talkSPORT 2), I could see it becoming more non-sport/current affairs-based now it is set to also be taken by talkRADIO (although not talkSPORT 2, who are taking live sport or pre-recorded review programmes overnight instead).
As for the prospect of there very occasionally being live sport on talkRADIO on weekend afternoons, frankly I don't think it would be too unreasonable to drop a show like The Best of the Two Mikes (primarily a sports show) once in a while (maybe putting it into the overnight hours where Extra Time is simulcast), shuffling around some of the other Saturday/Sunday timeslots and then setting aside 2-3 hours for an additional commentary when there's already one on talkSPORT and another one on talkSPORT 2. That would just be replacing a pre-recorded sports-based show with live sport, so surely not that terrible for people who really dislike sport.

That's great, but how come they've not sorted out Listen Again for talkSPORT 2 yet?

Weird that they can sort out Listen Again for talkRADIO before it launches, but not for talkSPORT 2 now it's been on-air for almost a week.
Here's a very nerdy observation - talkRADIO Listen Again is using the audio player talkSPORT.com uses for podcasts like their Premier League Preview show, as opposed to the player they use for talkSPORT Listen Again.
