Looked on the website it has a Paul Ross podcast link, but to me thats not a podcast strictly speaking a podcast usually has a feed to put into a podcast app on a tablet or smartphone so you can download and listen where there is no internet connection.

I know there are links in 30 minute segments you can download on a pc, I used that technique way back when GG had a show. But it would be nice to have the convenience to just download a show to my iPhone while on the train.

Feedback welcome. If they work (or not) let me know. I'll extend to other programmes.”

These look fab, thanks for putting it together. Will it 'keep up' or is it just for today's output? Thanks.

Ye i think there was as well. As it suddenly cut from him to Paul Ross.

In other news Iain Lee seems to be pulling in the callers, 2 all ready.

Terrible quality on the TuneIn stream - 32k MP3?? Oh pur-lease.

There's no need for that. It's so easy to set up a decent quality stream these days, having a terrible quality one like that is unforgivable.

And do they have an app? I can't find it anyway.

Very bad technical standards throughout, so far.

No excuse for that. Whoever is responsible for the technical aspects of the launch should be hauled over the coals.

No station I have ever launched, and there have been many, have ever sounded this bad.

I'm hoping it'll keep up automatically - we'll find out if my code works tomorrow! The show parts should be available around 10 minutes after the half hour e.g. 10pm - 10:30pm should appear on the podcast feed at around 10:40pm.

On the app store on an iPhone, I found the app by searching for 'talkradio'.

You're right on a lot, but only a muppet would struggle to find the app....

Maybe I'm a muppet then. I did that search and didn't find it.

Possible as I'm not on the uk very of the App Store.

...ah, that was it.

I stand behind everything else I said though!

Oh I'm with you on the rest. DAB also sounds absolutely awful. Not in a dab way - something is wrong with the output but they don't seem to be in a rush to fix it.

The app feed (headphones in top right corner) is alright.

These days it's much easier to achieve good tech standards and quality when you're building a new station than in days of yore.

Which is why failure to do so is unforgivable.

And this software - http://ukwtv.de/cms/downloads-aside/...eas-gsinn.html

ps. If you do get one, don't let Windows Update update the device driver - use the one on the CD
