Sound problems between my Humax and TV

Hi i.ve had my Humax for a few years its great and got it after getting rid of Sky and would recommend it . However, what annoying is that the sound coming from my Humax is lower even though my Humax is at max . Is there any way to balance my TV and Humax audio sound so I dont have to balance after switching from one to another.

Which model of Humax and what connection type are you using (ie SCART or HDMI)?

Also might help to know the make and model of telly. If you cannot get any more level out of the Humax then the only option might be if the TV has some sort of audio level adjustment for each source option.

This works, it your TV can do it. Have a look in the set-up menus for audio or sound options.

It will only reduce volume of the louder sources so that they all sound similar to the Humax, it won't increase the volume of any of your inputs because that can cause clipping of the signal.
