I guess they don't necessarily like her enough to spend money on her.

Fair enough but Vicky and Charlotte (and Gaz too) are the biggest stars of the show and have devoted fans. Ricci was in GS too and had a lot of followers but didn't do as well. I'd say Scotty's popularity is in-between and he hasn't actually done a lot on the show whereas Charlotte and Vicky were the stars of their series in terms if airtime. It should be interesting to see how well he does.
