Milky Joe
06-04-2002
The other day one of my friends pointed out that during the 'freeek' song that George micheal uses the word 'f**k', and it hasnt been censored.

Well i saw the vid on play uk the box today and i have to say either they havent censored it or it sounds very much liekt hat word.

Its the bit where he says 'Your one f**k fantasy' near the end of the chorus.

Any ideas?

I noticed this from the start.Strangely enough in the vid when it has a lose up of him saying it they put an X over his mouth so you cant lipread-but they neglect to cut the word

There's a track by Usher that Radio 1 have been playing for a while now which features the line "All the shit she put me through". I didn't even realise until Chris Moyles pointed it out.

I noticed this too from the beginning and discussed it with friends. We wondered if George wanted it to seem rude but in order to get it passed says "funk" "your one funk fantasy". Don't know if that's the case - just what we thought it might be.

I hate that song so much.
Not much of a fan of George Michael either now.

He does say "Your One F**k Fantasy", although it does sound like "funk".

Though I've noticed before that on both D12's "Purple Hills" and Bomfunk MC's "Freestyler" videos that the "f" word is not edited out on any music channel, either because it sounds like someting else or it's not very clear.

Is it maybe one of those rare times when other noises on the track make it sound like he's singing something else??
I always remember on "Shocked" by Kylie a few years ago, during the chorus it sounded for all the world like she was singing "I was f**ked to my very foundations" but I'm sure she wasn't really!!

A bit like the Sugababes' new single. They sing 'we can pump all through the night, bla bla bla', but when I first heard it I thought they sang 'wecan f**k all through the night, bla bla bla'.
