All i've seen about this relationship was what Jeremy said on BOTS which was something along the lines of this girl staying in the background and accepting that ScottyT's job depends on his shag around image so they can't get serious or public.

Without wishing to seem cynical, it does seem as though a lot of people have jumped on it as a way of deflecting blame or distracting people from Stephanie and Jeremy. Indeed, that might even be why Jeremy brought it up?

As I said straight after the BOTS reveal, if it is true, that Scotty has got a girlfriend and they are supposed to be committed then his actions with Megan are completely wrong and i expect he'll face a backlash after leaving the House.

From what I gather Scotty T's job/image appears to be based on being a lad and shagging around and that (Francesca?) understands that. So it seems to me that it's an "open" relationship they have.
