John doesn't deserve to win AT ALL.

He's patronising and condescending (to Steph especially) and believes he is God's gift. Him winning will only inflate his (already massive) head. Whether how he is in the house is really him or its just his theatricality, it's still a massive turn off. The way he bitched about Gemma yet was too afraid to say it all to her face - hence her going from saying she was backing him to win before she left the house to saying he's an a***hole on BOTS later that evening. Not to mention him putting on that fake American accent whenever he interacts with Tiffany - "Guuuurl". He's embarrassing.

I agree with you. He comes accross as unbearably condescending and his Amercian accent is toe curling. The man is insufferable.

Middle aged man, after being very patient, gets hacked off with loud, spoiled, unpleasant, selfish woman who acts like a fifteen year old *shocker*

I' surprised anyone can speak to her without being patronising when she constantly acts like a child and uses that role as protection against any criticisim of her.

Well that or having a tantrum, to be fair.

As for Gemma, she wasn't scared, she knew he was okay, but one of her rivals and he beat her - and once she know she wouldn't look bad, she enjoyed sticking the knife in.

People like Gemma hate people who they KNOW are actually rather better than them.

Darren & John have now put it behind them, I don't understand why you can't.
Is it something you can cling on to, to maintain your dislike for John

Darren will never put that behind him.. not in a million years.. it cut too deep and I think more because he knew John before the BB house and thought they were close friends... but now after all the dizzy people in there who all want to create, shout, scream, cry and leave dirty drawers lying around Ill go for John or Darren.

John gets grilled about THAT nomination

We've all wanted to ask, but as part of today's press conference, John's having to justify his actions and give answers about his very public fallout with Darren Day. Will he be forgiven?

Why so serious, Darren?

It's Darren's turn in the firing line at the press conference, as he faces allegations of taking things too seriously, as well as discussing his "love rat" reputation and his encounter with John in the toilets at a Barry Manilow gig...

Yep, John is fascinating - the psych on BBots last night was actually credible. About all of them, and John is natural Alpha.

He is a bit dominating, he is a natural leader, he has charisma, he tries to look after everyone. It's how he is.

He is also physically imposing, both powerful and graceful. And can sometimes look conventionally very handsome.

And yet at the same time he can look, and always could, sort of fascinatingly ugly/sexy, and in spite of his obvious masculinity, can be screamingly camp and send himself up.

And all the shades in between.

His complex: kind, brusque, hardworking, caring, outrageous, silly, bitchy, and yet also wise, empathic, didactic, commanding and finds it difficult to suffer fools.

He's the most interesting in the house, and reactions to him both inside and outside the house are also very interesting.

I think he's been given the role of 'baddie', though it's hard to shoehorn that in, in my opinion, for anyone that really thinks about it. But he challenges people in many ways, and he's perhaps easier to deal with for some if they just label him 'baddie'.

John for the WIN. He deserves it.

Tiffany deserves to win..by a country mile - though doubt it will happen.

The most comical outbursts, the best diary room entries, coming back from the start where treated as a pariah, being ostracised in much the same way as Gary Busey was - whilst having the sharpest wit there, being less invested in the show in terms of history (being American) - yet giving it her all.

Behind the HBIC persona we discovered a lovely woman who none of the others in there hold a candle to...which is why her chances of winning are slipping rapidly. The common sense that saw Gary blast to rightful victory, is unlikely to be repeated..sadly.

was BOTs last night worth watching last night, I was too scared to watch it as I was sure it would be another death nail in John's coffin.

Psych was good - said that John was natural Alpha, Darren Alpha/Beta, and they complement each other.

Said that John's own perception of himself as 'lion' was actual recognition, but Scotty T, also 'lion', was projection and he was (cheeky) Monkey. Spot on about Steph - impulsive, emotionally labile (all over the place and no impulse control).

Otherwise John was 'brushed under the carpet', barely, if at all mentioned.

It was a relief to me too. The didn't trash John, so ignored him. I prefer that.

They also showed Steph 'being the centre of attention' in front of just John and throwing all that milk everywhere and over him, and she looked bloody awful. They made light of it, but at least it was there.

Tiff knows who she is, she's smart and funny and doesn't take herself too seriously. I hope she wins if John doesn't.

Oh come on, they don't have good psychiatrists on BB.
this time it just happened to say what you want to believe.

Johns a bitchy bitter bloke who loves to look down on people, he's short tempered and nasty. He is a liar and insincere, he keeps telling us how great his life is, how happy he is, how talented he is, how much he loves his husband and so on,
What's he doing in CBB then?

He's the one who has disappointed the most.

Earning a quick, hefty sum to keep his Mother in a good care home. She has Alzheimers and he spent a year looking after her before that became impossible, so hasn't been able to work much.

He's got a job immediately after BB though.

I want John to win & I'm sad that he won't.
I didn't much like him when he went in but he has grown on me in the last 2 weeks so much that I want him to win.
I think his mistake was when he rounded everyone up to say Tiffany should leave which was so wrong and he has had no chance since then.
I couldn't give a stuff about him nominating Darren, can't stand how they all puff away chain-smoking, I mean Darren has children, why is he chain-smoking it's rat poison etc. & As we've learned Darren is offended by many references to his past.
But I love how John has been with Stephanie, she would give me a nervous breakdown too and I love that he is expressing this.

John is very typical of a lot of gay guys I know...hence he should not win and piss of back to obscurity

He's Johnny Big-Bollocks - unless a youngster like Megan tells him what time it is, then he blubbers like a little girl in the DR.

John's OK I wouldn't mind him winning. The only person I don't want to win is Scotty T, who unfortunately, seems as though he's going to walk it. He knows this too hence him putting hardly effort into the show.

Will this be the 3rd win for a Geordie Shore member? Charlotte, Vicky now Scotty?

Megan's rant was laughable, and mostly about not getting enough attention.

I'm not sure she can actually tell the time.

I agree that some of the things John has done are pretty unforgivable. Idk if he was trying to betray Darren but if he was conferenced he should have spoke to Darren in private. He also tried to isolate and get a hm kicked out over a misunderstanding and finally he shamed Stephanie over her knickers. He hasn't been stitched up he's just done some horrible things that he can't fully recover from. I believe he deserves to finish in top 3 but he shouldn't win.
