Scotty has been a non entity in this and he knows it too, that's why he got so hacked off about the Jeremy/Stephanie business because he wanted to go down the showmance route with Megan and it was clear no one was really paying any attention to them and they were not getting the limelight. Now Megan and his BFF Jeremy has gone he serves no purpose to be honest, he might be lucky and come 3rd but I'm placing him no higher than that.

5th or 6th is where he deserves to finish as he has contributed very little.......in fact one could describe him as wallpaper for the majority of his stay.
Sadly though, because of his twitty followers and his friends twitty followers, he will most likely win....... Undeserving and pointless winner IMO.......still....I guess it will mean he gets a few more girls throwing themselves at him........for some reason, being a notch on his bedpost is quite appealing to some girls

How can anyone know which votes are "those votes" so as to disallow them?
Anyway, if you are convinced that it's legally fraud, fraud can be reported online. Search for "action fraud".

Stephanie wasn't going to win anyway. The one who needs to be stopped is Tiffany.
When a call goes through, doesn't it ask you to verify that it is a vote for that person? If these fans don't know they are calling to vote and are getting charged, I would think it would anger them. Someone should use it to vote and then sue (lol, can you do that in the UK). Then call the newspapers and sell your story about suing Gaz (or whatever that guy's name is)

How should I know
I don't work in law enforcement or in the area of fraud and I haven't even heard of snapchat before tonight however I am sure you will agree that if Gaz is telling his fans to phone a number to speak to him but it turns out to be the number to vote for Scotty to win CBB then a crime has been committed and how to solve the crime isn't really up to me or us. As for reporting it I think the person that spotted it should as I asked them too. I cannot be sure as I don't even know what snapchat is.

whoever reports it should use it to vote once for Scotty (and then vote for your favorite to offset that vote)....otherwise they may claim it didn't affect votes.

Oh I agree, realistically him and Darren should be 5th and 6th as they haven't contributed much at all to the show. I think the only memorable thing Scotty has said is when he was talking about 'banging' a girl in Ibiza and halfway through he followed through and wiped his bum using the sheets and carried on, and that is memorable for all the wrong reasons at that!

That's a link to a tweet with a screenshot of the snapchat. He does mention "Gshore house" but no logos.
Also if anyone wants to report it just search "Gaz snapchat" on Twitter and you'll see a few tweets from people who've fallen for it. I imagine there are a lot more who haven't tweeted about it.
