on the very next snap he let's everyone know what the number is actually for so i don't hink you'll have a fraud case. i think people grossly overestimate the geordie shore influence. if everyone of gaz's 2.1m followers watched the show they would probably have double the viewing figures that they do. i would also say that alot of those followers are from overseas so can't actually vote. charlotte and vicky won their respective shows but they were also popular outside their geordie shore fanbase.

It is fraud and if C5 have any sense they would have to discount all votes for Scotty on the grounds they do not know which are genuine and which are not and even if Scotty would have had the most votes without Gaz doing this, Gaz would have cost Scotty the title of winner.

That is blatant fraud - tempting people to call HIM when infact its a voting number for SOMEONE ELSE.... clear misrepresentation - how many people calling that number would still have called (and been willing to pay money to) the real vote number had it been clear thats what it was really for? So people will end up voting for someone without even realising or intending to- until its to late

They said it was being dealt with, but that is all. In the light of knowing that this happened I do not know what they will do though. However I think if Scotty goes on to win now it will look dodgy, regardless of whether or not Gaz's actions had any effect on the voting.

But all them are fans of Gaz and probably by extension, fans of Scotty T or at least they like him enough to just let it go. I don't think they would be willing to demand full refunds even if some of them weren't planning to vote for Scotty T.
