Is Gaz's post on an official Geordie Shore social media platform (i.e., geordie shore logo, etc)? I doubt MTV wants to get embroiled in a fraud case and if he is using official GS stuff then maybe reporting him to MTV (I think the show is through them but I don't know since I haven't seen it). They may shut it down but it doesn't help with any votes that it already gathered for Scotty. Maybe call the station and ask for the legal department.
