To expect Stephanie - immature, spoilt, entitled - to change in the course of four weeks, and in a toxic atmosphere like the house, is totally unrealistic. The best that can be hoped for is that the little dawnings of awareness - and there have been some - will take root outside the house. This in my opinion will only be achieved with the help of a damn good therapist, and only if Stephanie accepts the need to change, and embraces the help.
I believe there is a lot of good in Stephanie, and again with help, the capacity to become a very rounded human being. In fact, most people have this capacity, barring narcissists and sociopaths. Sadly many choose not to embrace it.
