Looks like they've been taken down, the only one that's working is telemix.

It was my mistake, copied the links wrong. Think they're working now.

He's right though, you can't blame c5 if some clown from geordie shore doing that.

So if you do vote for who you want to win you are allowed to shout "fix" tomorrow?

It's not about blaming Channel 5 for the fraud it's about blaming Channel 5 for doing nothing of substance about it once they have found out. Calling him a clown and Marcus making a joke about it being the viewer's / voter's fault basically is facilitating Channel 5 not taking responsibility.

This tweet sounds to me Scotty is well ahead. But does Marcus see the votes?

What can channel 5 actually do though? There's no way of knowing which votes were made because of this scam

I understand but you can't let a fraud happen because it's difficult to work out how to resolve it. They are responsible and surely have highly paid execs and legal people who need to do something.

If Scotty wins and there is a thought it is on the back of this then they could be sued to high heaven. They should care about protecting themselves if nothing else.

1/Remove Scotty from the voting and refund all voters. 2/close all voting make a full refund to all voters then reopen the voting with new numbers. 3/do nothing and be tainted by what has happened, no matter what the outcome is.

The fault lies with whoever the heck Gaz is!

So... 1 would be unfair on Scotty, who didn't do anything wrong... And 2 would be unfair on channel 5, who also didn't do anything wrong.

I'd say do 3... If Scotty doesn't win then no harm done, if he does win then mention the caveat to it.

yeah but it's asking "who do you think will win?" Makes sense that most people think Scotty will win.

Surely option 2 makes sense ? if all voters for all contestants are reimbursed, then fresh numbers would hopefully be untainted by any scam, and they could tell viewers tomorrow night that their votes had been deleted/refunded so as to give as many as possible the chance to vote again.

Channel 5 might be out however much money from a total loss of overall voters, but their reputation, integrity and need to be seen as not tolerating orchestrated fraud is worth far more than the loss of 'X' percent of people who do not get to vote again surely ?

They will not reset the vote. I think they're just hoping Scotty doesn't win otherwise they will have a messy situation on their hands.

I don't know Seamus, to be honest. If it was anything other than a very trashy reality show on a very trashy channel then I could see them wanting to maintain their reputation and integrity despite not being at fault... And if it was anything other than a bloke from Geordie shore doing a 'cheeky' prank on snapchat then I could see the implications of tolerating an orchestrated fraud... But... Well it's just not is it? And I don't think not acting on it will be any kind of gateway to suddenly justifying electoral rigging or such.

No, I think at the very worst they'll be an article in the tabloids and some huffing and puffing on Twitter tomorrow night and then a few days after the series is over everyone will realise they're not really that arsed in the grand scheme of things... If indeed they even give it another thought at all. I doubt even this Gaz twonk was being particularly malicious and Machiavellian... I suspect he's just a bit thick isn't he?

If I was 'THEM' I wouldn't start running around trying to change everything now because of this. I'd just let it play out but make sure I acknowledged the circumstances if Scotty T did win. Not ideal, but reasonable enough without having to make an opera out of it.

How are they responsible? They (C5) haven't committed any fraud.

Who would sue them to high heaven, and on what grounds?
